Whenever you stop for a few minutes or a few hours—when dropping off cargo, for example—take the opportunity to move around the truck and exercise. You can use a resistance band to perform shoulder and arm exercises. You can also do squats, lunges, and burpees to get the blood in your legs and body moving. This movement will help prevent the formation of blood clots.
